SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The items shown on this website are available for delivery within Portugal only. If you wish, you can order items from another European Union Member State by contacting info@wapo.pt , where we will calculate the shipping cost and delivery time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties in supplying products or if the items are out of stock, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability and refund any amount paid within 30 days.

DELIVERY

Without prejudice to the provisions regarding the availability of products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will do our best to send the order for the products mentioned in each delivery confirmation before the date indicated therein or, if there is no delivery date specified, within a period of 3 to 15 days from the date of order confirmation.

If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you of this circumstance, offering you the option to continue with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under applicable law. In any case, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will leave a note indicating your location and instructions on how to arrange a new delivery. If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us so we can arrange for a later delivery. Please note that if delivery is not completed within the stipulated timeframe, a storage fee and re-delivery attempt fee may apply.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of each product will be that stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. While we strive to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in full. We are not obligated to supply any product at the incorrect price (even if we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price. Prices on this website include VAT but do not include additional shipping fees, which will be added to the total amount due, as indicated in our Shipping Fees Guide.

After completing your purchase and adding all desired items to your cart, the next steps are to complete the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling out or verifying the information requested at each stage. Additionally, during the purchase process, before payment, the customer can change their order details. You can find a detailed description of the purchase process in the Shopping Guide. You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MB Way, and PayPal.

VALUE ADDED TAX

All purchases made through this website are subject to the current Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

RETURN CONDITIONS
 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return the product if it presents defects or other non-conformities with the items ordered. Returns can be made within 15 days of notification of the defect, and the product must retain its identification tag. In general, Wapo issues refunds within 10 business days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of email confirmation of the right to a refund. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a reason for the return, the full amount paid will be refunded. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

If the customer is not satisfied with the products, they may return them within 15 calendar days of receipt. As a rule, the seller will issue a refund within 10 business days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of email confirmation of the right to a refund. The right to return only applies if the products:

  • Have not been washed or used
  • Maintain original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).
  • Be complete
  • They have not been tampered with and retain their identification label.


The customer must send an email to info@wapo.pt indicating the return request within the established deadlines, and will then be contacted by the sales department.

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one item for another, please follow the steps below.

An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. If an item is exchanged for a different item, any campaign/promotion granted on the original purchase will not be retained upon exchange, unless otherwise stated in the respective promotional campaign. Therefore, the campaign/promotion will only be maintained if the item's size or color is exchanged.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If you're not satisfied after requesting an exchange, you can only return your order.
